What it is

A private, invitation-only gathering of 60 ultra generous and accomplished founders — running 8- and 9-figure businesses — for one day in Toronto.

No stage. No speakers. No panels. No sponsors. No press. No phones.

Just sixty of the sharpest, most generous entrepreneurs in the country, in one room, for one day, with one objective: make the room smarter, so the room makes you smarter.

Who's in the room

Founders and CEOs currently running businesses between $10M and $100M+ in annual revenue. Every seat personally vetted.

How the day flows

In the morning, we mine each other for the best cheat codes — the ones moving the needle most in our businesses (and lives), and the ones that solve our biggest puzzles and help us make important decisions — in small-group rotations.

By lunch, you'll have met half the room, absorbed dozens of codes from some of the sharpest minds you'll ever meet, and we'll have six finalists.

After lunch, the six finalists lead small-group roundtables, each sharing deep dives into their framework. You choose three to sit with.

We close by voting for the winning cheat code — and whoever shared it takes the crown (the 'prize' will be memorable).

The architecture of specific moments in the day is deliberately private until you walk in. You'll understand the design the moment you're inside it.

We place those seats with emerging leaders in our community who couldn't otherwise afford to be in the room.
